Burnham Moose International lodge 123’s Harvest supper raises over £500
Eighty moose lodge members and guests attended the harvest supper at Berrow Village Hall on Saturday evening 13 September. On the menu were salad and cold meat meals with baked potatoes and lashings of butter, followed by a choice of table served puddings. All this plus the licensed bar manned by Terry and Yvonne Cornelius, assisted by Jim Dolan.
Entertainment was supplied by Burnham-on-Song choir, and a charity auction of produce ably conducted by moose brother Brian Saunders. Lady President Doreen Atyeo and Governor Mike Lang thanked everybody for their support, and heartily agreed the success of the event, which concluded with the usual well-stocked raffle.
